Alejandra Cervantes (NYC & Company Account Manager, CWW Mexico) offered trainings in her office to small travel agencies groups. During the training, they were introduced to the TTA (Travel Training Academy) and all the benefits of completing it. Throughout the month of April, more than 30 travel agents participated in the training. Alejandra will lead additional training sessions over the next few months.
